I’ve always been drawn to exploring new ideas and expanding my understanding of the world. The work of decolonization and reconciliation is currently a big part of my journey, and I’m interested in how this work can reshape how we approach leadership and collaboration. Lately, I’ve also been diving deeper into areas that intrigue me, like how AI can support organizational leaders and how embracing our authenticity can unlock new perspectives and possibilities for growth.
